The Hotel was sold to the Sheraton Company in 1959. Sheraton sold the Moana and the SurfRider to Japanese industrialist Kenji Osano and his Kyo-Ya Company in 1963, though Sheraton continued to manage them.
The Hotel has 793 rooms, including 46 suites. The Hotel has a freshwater swimming pool, three restaurants, a beach bar and a poolside snack bar. Enjoy a drink while watching the sunset from the pool bar, under the big Banyan Tree.
