Cancellation Policy

A full refund is provided if the tour is canceled more than 24 hours prior to tour departure time. If canceled within 24 hours of tour departure time or if guest no-shows no refund is provided. Bookings received within 24 hours of tour start are not eligible for a refund unless booked with Trip Protection. Bookings with Trip Protection are eligible for a full refund up to 12 hours before tour start. Refund requests are to be received within 7 days of the date of the tour. Refunds or partial refunds for tours, activities, flights, or venues that are cancelled due to reasons outside of our control (weather, force majeure, etc.) as well as refunds for extenuating circumstances will not be honored.

FOR GROUP TOUR BOOKINGS AND CHARTERS **Important**: Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of this email. A 50% deposit is required to to secure your reservation. Full payment for charters must be received not later than 30 days prior to service. Cancellation policy: the charters cancelled within 30 day of service are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Please note that availability is subject to change until the down payment is received.
