Standard Tour & Activity Booking – Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, including no-shows, are non-refundable. Bookings made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable unless Trip Protection is purchased.
Bookings with Trip Protection are eligible for a full refund when canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled tour date.
Third-Party Activities & Partner Bookings: Activities operated by third-party providers, including luaus, dolphin swims, snorkeling excursions, cruises, and other partner experiences, are subject to the respective operator’s cancellation and refund policies. These policies may differ from Daniels Hawaii’s standard cancellation terms and take precedence over our standard policy. Trip Protection purchased through Daniels Hawaii does not apply to third-party activities unless explicitly stated.
Cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, are subject to applicable operator policies and governing law. Refund requests involving extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Group Charter – Payment & Cancellation Policy
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to the scheduled service date. Bookings made within 45 days of service require full payment upon reservation. Cancellations made at least 45 days prior to service are eligible for a refund of all payments excluding the deposit; cancellations made less than 45 days prior to service are non-refundable. Availability is subject to change until the deposit is received.
Additional terms may apply to bookings involving third-party services and will be disclosed prior to confirmation.
