We pick up in front of your hotel – UNLESS your hotel has a special pick up location. Please find the hotels with special pick up locations below.

Important: If the driver cannot find you at the correct pick up location in time, it is considered a no-show and we cannot give a refund. Please read carefully!

✔ FREE PICK UP – We pick up free at every Hotel in Waikiki

✔ BE ON TIME –  Please be ready for pick up outside your hotel when we arrive

✔ IN FRONT OF HOTEL – Unless your Hotel has a SPECIAL Pick Up Spot (see below)

✔ BE AT THE RIGHT SPOT – Please make sure you’re at the correct pick up spot

✔ SAFETY FIRST – Please be patient. We are trying to get to you as fast as possible.

Pick Up Process at your Hotel – Step-by-Step

✔ The guide will call out your name when he arrives at the pick up location

✔ The guide has your phone number and will call you if he can’t find you

✔ If the guide cannot connect with you he will wait ~5 minutes

✔ After waiting ~5 minutes the guide will consider it a no-show and leave (no refund, sorry)
