FAQs

What if the tour takes longer?
Our Step-On Guide will try to stick to the itinerary, but sometimes bigger groups take longer than expected. In that case we have a grace period of ~20 minutes. After that we charge the Overtime rate.

Where can the Step-On Guide meet the group?
Daniels Hawaii Step-On Guide can meet the group anywhere on the island. In case the guide has to pay for parking we will add it to the invoice and send over the receipt.

Do you offer Step-On Guide Services on Maui, Kauai or Big Island?
