Please read carefully! This is a very important message about your Pearl Harbor Tour!

Mahalo for choosing DanielsHawaii to show you Pearl Harbor. It is very busy during this time of the year and unfortunately we cannot guarantee tickets for the boat ride to the USS Arizona. 

What does this mean?

You are still able to visit Pearl Harbor! You can visit the Road to War and the Attack museums,  see the USS Arizona Memorial from the shoreline, visit the gift shop and use all of the facilities. You will see the I’olani Palace, the King Kamehameha Statue, the Hawaii Capitol, the Queen Lili’uokalani Statue, the father Damian Statue, the Eternal Flame and you will see downtown Honolulu and the Aloha Tower. 

FREE pickup at your hotel in Waikiki is included and we will drop you off at your hotel after your tour. The only thing we can not guarantee, are tickets for the boat ride over, to stand on the USS Arizona Memorial. 

We will keep trying to get tickets for your tour, but at this moment we cannot guarantee them!

What are your options?

Option 1 – Explore Pearl Harbor

Come on tour with us and explore Pearl Harbor. There is a standby line for the boat ride to the USS Arizona. Our guide is happy to explain where you can sign in. There is always a chance your party can get tickets and take the boat ride. We will pick you up between 745-8am.

Bags are not allowed in the National Park. You can leave your bag in our van for free or at the Pearl Harbor Baggage Drop ($7).

SPECIAL OFFER if you chose OPTION 1  We know for some guests, it is disappointing you can’t stand on the memorial. Let us make up for it! We authorize a $10 refund per booking and offer a $50 discount per Person on our Semi-Private Island Tour. We will text you further information.

Option 2 – Cancel and get 70% Refund

Cancel the tour and get a refund. Usually there is no refund within 24 hours of the tour start. As a courtesy Daniels Hawaii is the ONLY company in Hawaii offering a 70% refund in case we weren’t able to get boat ride tickets to the USS Arizona.
