If you booked directly on the Daniels Hawaii Website (https://DanielsHawaii.com) and are eligible for a refund, our friendly Customer Service Ladies will issue a refund. Usually the money should be back in your account after 3-5 business days.
You booked through TripAdvisor / Viator (Refund takes ~7 Days)
TripAdvisor / Viator collects your payment and Daniels Hawaii receives the payment up to one month AFTER your tour. Therefore, to get a refund from them, you have to call TripAdvisor / Viator. Explain you got in touch with Daniels Hawaii and we are OK with a refund. Let TripAdvisor / Viator know all parties tried to make it work, but unfortunately it wasn’t possible.
TripAdvisor / Viator will call DanielsHawaii to find out if we are OK with a refund. We will confirm and TripAdvisor / Viator will refund the money.
